How it works

From alert to action, in minutes.

The detail behind the service: what happens to every alert, who gets called, what you receive, and how we get you set up.

Behind every alert

What happens when your camera flags an event.

1

Detected

Your in-cab driver safety system flags a possible fatigue or distraction event and sends it to our monitoring centre straight away.

2

Reviewed by a trained operator

A Risk Analysis Operator watches the footage and decides whether it's real.

  • False triggers like glare, sunglasses or a mirror check are dismissed with a recorded reason.
  • Real events are classified by type and severity.
3

Escalated to the right person

Confirmed events go to your team within minutes, following the escalation rules we set up with you.

  • We phone through your escalation chain (up to three contacts) until someone answers.
  • For serious events we can call the driver directly for a welfare check.
  • Your supervisors are alerted on the Argus app, wherever they are.
4

Recorded and reported

Every event is logged in a timestamped audit trail, from detection to escalation, and emailed to you. Chain of custody locking secures key footage for investigations, insurers and regulators.

What you receive

Every confirmed event, ready to act on.

Supervisors get everything they need to sit down with the driver and talk it through. No digging through camera systems.

FAQs

Common questions.

Do we need to change our driver safety system?

No. We work with your existing camera platform, so there's no new hardware and no reinstalls. Talk to us about your system and we'll confirm how we connect to it.

What happens if a driver is fatigued at 3am?

The same thing that happens at 3pm. We monitor around the clock, every day of the year. Once an operator confirms the event, we call your escalation contacts within minutes and, for serious events, can call the driver directly for a welfare check.

Will our supervisors be flooded with calls?

No. Every alert is reviewed first and false triggers are dismissed with a recorded reason. Your team only hears about verified events worth acting on, according to the rules we agree with you.

How do drivers feel about it?

Monitoring works best when drivers trust it. Every event gets a fair human review, and the goal is coaching, not policing, so every driver gets home safe.

Can we choose which events get escalated?

Yes. We tailor event priorities, escalation contacts and reporting to suit your operation, and review them with you regularly.

How is it priced?

Pricing is tailored to the services you need, so you never pay for things you don't. Contact us for a quote.

Where are you based? Do you only work with WA fleets?

Our monitoring centre is in Perth, Western Australia. Because we connect to your camera platform remotely, we can monitor fleets wherever they drive.
